Now, you may be asking yourself how one could follow up a trip like the one to Mt. St. Michel and Le Bourget? Well, the answer is: with a 3-day weekend on the French riviera. Capitalizing on the miracle of modern transportation that is the 3-hour TGV from Paris to Marseille (in the luggage compartment due to a type-o by the SNCF Auchan ticket lady), Cody, Sandra, Dan, Mila and I passed a wonderful weekend in the sun.  Dipping our feet off the pier in Marseille, tasting Bouillabase, sleeping in a hotel above the Cannebiere, burning on the beach in Saint Raphael, and scuba diving off the Isle d'or (28 m for 35 min) were some of the weekend's highlights, as was the enforced sleep in on the 12  (15) hour train ride back. I have to say that there's nothing quite like working only 2 days in 10.
